James is vaccinated according to what I believe is best. This means that he doesn't get vaccinated more than necessary, but sadly many vets still vaccinate dogs every year with all vaccines available. James is not vaccinated, but instead we choose to test his blood for antibodies. When a dog has had antibodies against a certain disease, the body's memory cells come in action when the body comes in contact with the same disease, which means the dog is protected against that particular disease for life! He doesn't get vaccinated against kennel cough, leptospirosis or rabies too because I feel that these vaccines are more harmful than good. Please make sure that you read about vaccinations; vaccinations can do a lot of harm and are definitely not harmless!
