Today, August 14, we made a trip to a small beach where it is really quiet. Sadly, we didn't pay attention to the tide and as we saw when we arrived, it was low tide. That meant that James could not play in the water, because it was very muddy there and I didn't feel like it was safe enough to walk on such soft, muddy sand. But, James had fun without playing in the sea too! He played with his Chuckit ball and had a blast running around. On the way back to the car we made a stop at the forest and walked a bit there too. It was too dark for pictures there, but not at the beach! Look at James enjoying himself :)
About stretchers, pine cones and a rugby ball...
James likes to lay in chairs. Mostly outside, and he always picks the one you are sitting in! The chair is always occupied when you return from getting a drink or something :) So I thought he could use his own chair! I saw this lovely green and white striped stretcher online and I just had to have it for James. And it was a big hit, as you can see on the pictures! The king himself. When he's not relaxing outside, James loves to play. Our garden is surrounded by several large pine trees. James likes to play with the pine cones something, but mostly loves to play rough and wild with his rugby ball! When it's a hot day such as on July 20, it's convenient that he has his own pool to for some much needed cooling off. No, James isn't spoiled at all ;)
